Position Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking multiple dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 20252026 academic year in Houston, TX. These full-time, on-site positions offer the opportunity to work with students across various grade levels, providing essential speech and language services to support their academic success.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
